While I'm a KanNao person, I can see where this come from, aside from Yu, Kanji is the only guy that isn't placed Rise on a pedestal and treat her like anyone else, heck if Kanji is the one met Rise first like Yu in anime than I wouldn't doubt that Rise would fallen for Kanji
