Giorno = Dio's son ///famous quote "MUDAAAA!!!"(="useless") Jolyne = Jotaro's daughter ///famous quote "ORAAAA!!!" (= angrily shout)
so this is how the title came... the Ora family and he Muda family (LoL,stupid...)
...I had made this hardcore shonen manga looking like some shoujou manga though,curse me... >< LoL...
